IQ Power Nozzle
The IQ Power Nozzle is a shockless pulse DC ionizer engineered to operate at 7 kV. The IQ Power Nozzle is compatible with Simco Ion’s IQ Power Static Neutralizing system. When used with the IQ BPS Power Supply, users of the IQ Power Nozzle have worry free, one-touch setup and continuous active monitoring. The IQ Power Nozzle’s compact size allows for neutralizing surfaces in a variety of applications.
Two configurations are available:
High Efficiency Perforated (HE): Offers exceptional performance with significantly lower air consumption compared to other nozzles. Recommended for use in applications less than 18 inches from the target, where a high volume of air is not required.
Slotted: Recommended for applications where a more focused ionized air stream is needed.

HS Ionizing Air Nozzles
HS Ionizing Air Nozzles are highly efficient static eliminators that produce a powerful stream of ionized compressed air to clean and neutralize charges on parts and materials. Static neutralizing air nozzles make it easier to blow parts and materials clean while preventing the reattraction of dirt particles.

HE Static Control Nozzle
HE Static Control Nozzles are a current-limited pinpoint ionizing air source, which ensures operator and equipment safety. By limiting current at the nozzle tip, the HE nozzle can be used where contact by personnel is likely. They operate on compressed air or nitrogen and produce a high-velocity stream of static eliminating air for cleaning and static control. Ideal for preventing double pickup at the feed pile on sheet-fed presses.

Ioncell
The Ioncell in-line ionizer is designed to control static charges in a localized area. This incredibly compact unit can be installed in places where typical ionizers do not fit. This revolutionary DC in-line ionizer provides powerful ionization through output tubes up to four feet in length.

Top Gun
The Top Gun Static Elimination Gun is a lightweight but durable static removal gun. It provides superior control and targeted particulate clean up for a wide variety of industrial applications. As a forceful neutralizer and blow-off gun, Top Gun Static Eliminator easily removes stubborn particulate from surfaces. As a neutralizer, Top Gun gets rid of troublesome charges responsible for the attraction of contaminants to product surfaces.
The Top Gun is designed for the user’s comfort with its flexible cord and easy-to-use trigger switch. The controls are integrated into the gun body, including ionization monitoring light, replaceable long-lasting air filter and air output regulator. The cable is protected by a heavy vinyl covered metal shielding. The included power supply mounts with ease above or below the worksurface. The unit’s “shockless” design prevents users from experiencing uncomfortable shocks if the ionizing point is touched. The Top Gun accepts both compressed air or inert gases, including nitrogen.

Cobra Gun
The Cobra Static Control Gun provides a powerful blast of static elimination air for cleaning and neutralizing large surfaces. The static control gun uses ionization combined with air flow amplification to produce an air blast that neutralizes static charges and blows away dust and dirt in rugged industrial environments.
The Cobra’s ergonomic design makes it easy to hold and use and it’s lightweight construction makes it both durable and reduces operator fatigue. The variable trigger allows the operator to easily regulate the gun’s air output. A unique accessory nozzle is included with the gun to produce a fan-shaped air blast for covering large areas like autobody surfaces, plastic sheets, and furniture pieces.
The Cobra requires a G165 (120V) or G265 (230V) Power Supply to operate. One power supply can energize one or two Cobra guns. The power supply includes an ON/OFF switch and a neon power indicator light. The Cobra accepts both compressed air or inert gases, including nitrogen.
