Power Puck® II Profiler and UviCure® Plus II Profiler
The “Profiler” versions of their Power Puck II/UviCure Plus II function as a Standard units with the added ability to transfer the irradiance profile to a computer. The transferred data can be analyzed with EIT’s PowerView II/PowerView III Software to allow analysis, sharing, storage and comparison of readings. Profiler units offer ease of use on the production floor (display) with the display and ability to more detailed information when profiling capabilities are needed
The sample rate of the irradiance profile transferred to a computer is 128 Hz. Faster sample rates and a thermocouple are available with the EIT PowerMAP II. Batteries (AAA) are user changeable and instruments are available in 10 W/cm2, 1 W/cm2 and 100 milliWatt/cm2 ranges.
PowerMAP® II
The EIT PowerMAP II is a Profiling Radiometer that provides the Irradiance (W/cm2), Energy Density (J/cm2), Irradiance Profile (W/cm2 as a function of time) and Temperature Profile (C O) as function of time. The PowerMAP II is new and is 60% smaller than the first PowerMAP. It measures EIT UVA, UVB, UVC and UVV.
The sample rate is user adjustable (128-2048 Hz) and it has a 10 W/cm2 dynamic range, large memory, rechargeable batteries and a ‘pause’ feature which allows you to crerate up to 8 different files on the production floor. Data is transferred via USB to the supplied EIT UV PowerView Software III program.
LEDCure™
EIT’s LEDCure radiometers provide a patented Total Measured Optic Response. Everything in the instrument “optics stack” is included in the overall instrument response, not just the optical filter. The Total Measured Optic Response provides consistent, repeatable and accurate readings run to run, unit to unit and source to source.
LEDCure Features:
- Easy to use format, provides Irradiance (W/cm2) and Energy Density (J/cm2) values on the display as well as the irradiance profile
- The “Standard” version shows all data on the display
- Display can be set to Graph or Reference Mode
- The “Profiler” version shows data on the display plus downloads the irradaince profile (Watts/cm2 as a function of time) to a computer for further analysis
- Profiler allows easy comparison of different LEDs, power levels, height above substrate and exposure time/line speed changes
- High dynamic range (40 W/cm2), user changable battery
- Available in different LED specific response bands (L-band)
- L365 Spectral Response covers 340-392 nm
- L385 Spectral Response covers 360-412 nm
- L395 Spectral Response covers 370-422 nm
- L405 Spectral Response covers 380-432 nm
MicroCure®
The MicroCure is an extremely small radiometer that samples at an effective sample rate of 2048 Hz. This small size allows it to be used im small curing applications such as cans, tubes, bottles; small fixturs including medical chambers and digital printing. The EIT DataReader is used to display the peak irradiance (W/cm²) and energy density (J/cm²) collected by the MicroCure. Each MicroCure is good for 200 readings or approximately one year; whichever comes first.
The MicroCure is available in UVA (10 Watt, 2 Watt and 200 mW) and UVV (10 Watt and 2 Watt) versions.
Compact Sensor
Online Monitoring allows users to continuously monitor and track a UV source. This is useful in applications where a radiometer will not fit, where high value and/or high production speeds are used and when it is not practical or easy to access each lamp (multi-lamp bank and/or elevated). The feedback is relative and looks at the relative output over time. Online Monitoring will identify both gradual (aging lamps) or sudden (equipment malfunction, user changed parameters) changes in the intensity.
UVC 1000 Dosimeter
UVC 1000 Dosimeters are designed to visually indicate an accumulated dose of UV-C at 500 to 1,000 mJ/cm2, which is in the range recommended to decontaminate N95 masks. Using a patented, UV-sensitive material, UVC 1000 Dosimeters change color when exposed to UV-C (254 nm). The change from the starting yellow to deep pink provides a visual reference of 500 and 1,000 mJ/cm2.
